Group Weekend Seminar
These seminars are created for groups of patients with the same type of scoliosis, if the exercises are made collectively by all. It lasts 12 hours during a weekend.

12.30 – 13.40 Exercises for reversing thorax & lumbar hump
14.00 – 15.00 Mobilization of thorax & lumbar hump
Sunday

13.30 – 15.00 Recap – problem solving
