The SEAS method is based on the principle of progressiveness and gradual development of the exercises, so at Level 2 the more dynamic exercises are taught, performed mainly in a standing position by the patient.
The gradual increase of difficulty contributes to the advancement of effectiveness in the patient maintaining the correct posture.
At more advances levels in the exercise program, there are exercises on unstable surfaces such as fitness balls or balance platforms.
The aim of the method is for the patients to adopt self-correction in their everyday activities.
